Tosa Certified User for Microsoft Office Credential Requirements
The Tosa Certified User for Microsoft Office credential is automatically earned after completing and earning at the minimum required score the individual Tosa certifications that are part of the credential.
Exams can be taken in any order and typically require around 150 hours of training and experience per application, depending on prior knowledge.
The Tosa Certified User for Microsoft Office diploma is issued and emailed to the earner within 5 business days from completing the last of the exams.

The Tosa bundle credential is available at two levels:
Experienced User
Earned by scoring 551–725 (Productive level) on Tosa Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Professional User
Earned by scoring 726+ (Advanced or Expert level) on Tosa Microsoft Excel and Word, plus 551+ on one of PowerPoint, Outlook, or VBA Excel.
Tosa Certified Experienced User for Microsoft Office
To qualify for a Tosa Certified Experienced User for Microsoft Office certification, candidates must certify at the Productive level in the Tosa Microsoft Excel, Tosa Microsoft Word, and Tosa Microsoft PowerPoint certifications. Candidates who score between 551 and 725 points for each certification will earn a Tosa Certified Experienced User for Microsoft Office diploma.

- Earn Tosa Microsoft Excel, Tosa Microsoft Word, and Tosa Microsoft PowerPoint, with a minimum score of 551/1000.
Tosa Certified Professional User for Microsoft Office
To qualify for a Tosa Certified Professional User for Microsoft Office certification, candidates must certify at the Advanced or Expert levels in the Tosa Microsoft Excel and Tosa Microsoft Word certifications, and certify at the Productive, Advanced or Expert levels in one of Tosa Microsoft PowerPoint, Tosa Microsoft Outlook, and Tosa Microsoft VBA Excel. Candidates who score 726 points or above for the Excel and Word certifications and 551 points or above for one of Tosa Microsoft PowerPoint, Tosa Microsoft Outlook, or Tosa Microsoft VBA will earn a Tosa Certified Professional User for Microsoft Office diploma.
Requirements:
- Earn Tosa Microsoft Excel and Tosa Microsoft Word, with a minimum score of 726/1000.
- Earn one of Tosa Microsoft PowerPoint, Tosa Microsoft Outlook, and Tosa Microsoft VBA Excel, with a minimum score of 551/1000.

Candidates that earn three Tosa certifications at the Productive level or above are entitled to receive a Tosa Certified User Credly badge that demonstrates proficiency with the Microsoft Office applications suite.
