We’re excited to share that Isograd has officially partnered with the Ohio Talent Development Network (OTDN), the statewide collaborative of workforce development professionals and institutions working to strengthen Ohio’s talent pipeline.
Who is OTDN?
OTDN connects Ohio’s public adult career centers, two-year colleges, and universities around a shared mission: preparing Ohio residents for workforce success. The network supports its members with resources, professional development, peer learning, and industry-relevant tools, and champions evidence-based practices and industry-recognized credentials across the state.
What This Partnership Means
Through this collaboration, OTDN member organizations will gain expanded access to Isograd’s internationally recognized Tosa certifications and Isograd Testing Services platform. That means more Ohioans will be able to validate their digital and workplace skills with credentials that reflect what employers are actually looking for.
Together, Isograd and OTDN are growing recognition of Tosa certifications among Ohio’s employers, industry associations, educators, students, and workers, so that every Tosa certification earned carries its value in the job market.
