The Tosa Certified User for Google Workspace credentials validate a candidate's versatility and expertise in the Google Workspace suite of applications. Candidates with this certification have demonstrated advanced skills and in-depth knowledge in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
The Tosa Certified User for Google Workspace credential is automatically earned after completing and earning at the minimum required score the Tosa Google Sheets, Tosa Google Docs, and Tosa Google Slides individual certifications.
Exams can be taken in any order and typically require around 150 hours of training and experience per application, depending on prior knowledge.
The Tosa Certified User for Google Workspace diploma is issued and emailed to the earner within 5 business days from completing the last of the three exams.

The Tosa bundle credential is available at two levels:
Earned by scoring 551–725 (Productive level) on all three exams.
Earned by scoring 726+ (Advanced or Expert level) on all three exams.
To qualify for a Tosa Certified Experienced User for Google Workspace certification, candidates must certify at the Productive level in all three Tosa exams for Google Workspace applications (Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides). Candidates who score between 551 and 725 points for each Google Workspace certification will earn a Tosa Certified Experienced User for Google Workspace diploma.
Requirement:
To qualify for a Tosa Certified Professional User for Google Workspace certification, candidates must certify at the Advanced or Expert levels in all three Tosa exams for Google Workspace applications (Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides). Candidates who score 726 points or above for each Google Workspace certification will earn a Tosa Certified Professional User for Google Workspace diploma.

We partner with Credly to help our earners share their new certification, and the skill set associated with it, on their resumes, CVs, or professional social media profiles. Candidates qualify for a Digital Badge from Credly when they earn a Tosa Certified User for Google Workspace certification.
Candidates that earn three Tosa certifications at the Productive level or above are entitled to receive a Tosa Certified User Credly badge that demonstrates proficiency with the Google Workspace applications suite, which includes Tosa Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
