The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) maintains the Promoted Industry Certifications List — the official registry of industry-recognized credentials that meet the state's quality and verification standards for recognition by industry and value in the workforce. Certifications on the list may be considered for WIOA funding and other state incentives.

Indiana's Promoted Industry Certifications List is not limited to a single grade band or school type. It serves as the state's foundational registry of industry-recognized credentials, used across CTE programs in Indiana public high schools, adult education and workforce training providers, and other state-supported career pathways.
