Preparing for a certification exam
To prepare for the Tosa exam, we recommend that learners:

Use the Tosa skills framework to identify the skills and knowledge required to earn the certification at the expected proficiency level.

Take a Tosa practice assessment to get familiar with the platform and question types, and identify skill gaps. This adaptive test takes approximately 40 minutes and provides a detailed skills report.
Each Tosa certification includes two practice tests: one before training and one after.
The pre-assessment helps identify the skills to strengthen during training.
The post-assessment measures progress and checks exam readiness.

Complete a Tosa-aligned course on the Isograd Learning Lab platform for personalized, self-paced preparation.

Frequently asked questions about exams
Individual candidates can buy certification packs directly from the Tosa online store. Select your subject, then choose your options:
- With or without assessments (pre/post-training)
- With or without a course on the Isograd Learning Platform
- Via our remote proctoring system (Integrity Advocate)
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive your exam access link and all included materials by email.
Yes. In France, Tosa certifications registered with France Compétences can be funded through your Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF). To use your CPF rights, log in to moncompteformation.gouv.fr and search for a training course linked to the Tosa certification you want, by its exact title or its RS code. CPF funding covers both the training and the certification exam. You will find the RS code on each certification's page.
A certification pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All included exams and assessments must be completed within that period. Unused credits expire at the end of the 12-month period.
You can request the anonymization or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing our Data Protection Officer. Your request will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
To take a remote-proctored Tosa exam, your device must meet the following requirements:
- Operating system — Windows 10 or later, or macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later (Chrome OS not supported)
- Browser — Google Chrome only (Mozilla Firefox is not compatible with Integrity Advocate)
- Screen resolution — minimum 1,280 × 760
- Webcam — required; must provide a clear view of your face throughout the session
- Microphone — required; built-in or external
- Internet connection — minimum 1 Mbps upload and download; stable connection for the entire exam
