Training course

The pre-training assessment allows you to offer your learners individualized and engaging training courses.

Each Tosa test is designed using a skills framework that outlines the skills and knowledge needed at each proficiency level. These frameworks allow you to easily align your training content and your desired Tosa certification outcomes.

Post-training assessment

A post-training assessment allows you to measure your trainee’s progress and identify any additional skills to that need improvement before they take the exam to certify their individual proficiency level.

Certification

Tosa certifications must be taken using face-to-face exam conditions, or via our remote proctoring solution.

The trainee's diplomas are sent to them via email, show their score out of 1,000 points and their individual proficiency level, and are valid for 3 years. Certification results can be easily verified online.

Is Tosa suitable for people with disabilities?

In order to respect the equal treatment of candidates, we have put in place several options to make Tosa tests accessible to people with disabilities:
- Our platform is compatible with most of Google Chrome’s accessibility extensions (high contrast, color enhancer, magnifier, voice reading, etc.)
- We offer the option to adjust the test time allocated to candidates with disabilities

Can trainees take Tosa tests remotely?

Yes, trainees can take Tosa tests remotely, under varying conditions dependent upon the type of test. Assessments are not required to be proctored when taken remotely, while certification exams must be taken in-person or via our remote proctoring solution.

If a company asks me for the score of one of its employees, do I have to give it?

The score obtained belongs to the candidate. It is necessary to obtain his or her consent before sharing it to a third party. You can also download the candidate's certificate of completion without mentioning the score.

How many trainees can take the Tosa simultaneously?

Taking a Tosa test requires little bandwidth. However, we provide you with a tool to calculate the number of students you can test simultaneously based on the network quality of your training center
